By accessing VierdeVibe.store, you enter a legally binding contract. These terms govern the sale of live indoor plants, organic soils, designer ceramic planters, and automated irrigation kits within the Pakistani market.
2.2 The “Live Asset” Disclaimer
- Nature’s Variation: Every plant is a living organism. Unlike mass-produced items, the plant you receive may vary slightly in height, leaf count, or variegation from the photograph. This is not a “Defect” but a “Feature” of nature.
- Biological Survival: Once a plant enters your home, its survival depends on your care (light, water, humidity). VierdeVibe is not liable for plant death caused by overwatering, extreme AC temperatures, or placement in dark corners.
2.3 Pricing, Availability, and Seasonal Shifts
All prices are in PKR. Due to the biological nature of our stock, “In-Stock” status can change instantly if a batch does not pass our quality-health check. We reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme heatwaves (45°C+) to prevent “Transit Wilt.”
